QX Resources Limited (ASX:QXR) has returned high-grade rock chip results of up to 4.9 per cent lithium oxide from its Turner River lithium project in Western Australia’s Pilbara region. The samples were taken from a priority area, identified through the company’s detailed analysis of remote satellite imagery and geophysical datasets. Western Australian gold explorer BMG Resources has commenced the next phase of diamond drilling, and the follow-up program of regional aircore drilling is complete at its Abercromby gold project in the north-eastern goldfields of Western Australia. Woodside is investigating the supply of approximately 50 megawatts of solar energy to the Woodside-operated Pluto LNG facility on Western Australia’s Burrup Peninsula.
