All Progress Mining products are designed in Australia and produced in our ISO9001 certified European based factory. Our entire product range is made from optimised materials using controlled heat treatment processes. All running surfaces are induction hardened and continuous quality controls are carried out throughout production.
Component interchangeability and superior warranty terms provides you with a genuine cost competitive alternative for your undercarriage needs
TRACK SHOE ASSEMBLIES
Low alloy quench and tempered steel with hardened wear surfaces ensures track shoes are long lasting and able to handle high impact situations. Surface hardened connecting pins manufactured from the highest quality material combined with upgraded retaining gear provides maintenance free pin retention for the life of the track shoe assembly.
TRACK SHOE LINKS (to suit Link System platforms)
The chain link and bolt-on grouser pad has been replaced with a heavy-duty one-piece casting. The press-fit, high hardness, carburised and ground drive tube remains ensuring bore and drive lug wear performance. The chain link roller paths are induction hardened to maximise component life. The ground press-fit connecting pins are induction hardened and include a ‘slip-fit’ master pin. Replacing standard link designs requires large presses on site which introduces unnecessary risks, such as heavy lifting, falls and pinch points. This compromises the safety and efficiency of component change outs.
ROLLER ASSEMBLIES
Available oil filled, greased or suited to your machines auto lubrication system means we can tailor for your exact specifications. Premium lifetime seals, spun cast Manganese Bronze bushes, ground and hardened axles maximises performance. Assembled in controlled conditions guarantees reliability.
IDLER ASSEMBLIES
Idler shells made from low alloy quench and tempered steel with machined and hardened running surfaces prolong wear life and increase impact resistance. Premium lifetime seals, spun cast Manganese Bronze bushes, ground and hardened axles maximises performance. Assembled in controlled conditions guarantees reliability.
DRIVE SPROCKETS
Drive lug profile optimisation means wear life is maximised, increasing change out intervals and lowering overall operating costs. Combined with expert advice, the introduction of standard or oversized sprocket options at
the optimum time can increase overall undercarriage life and produce lower operating costs
