Control Systems Technology (CST) has appointed Aequus Solutions as its exclusive Accredited Service and Spares Partner for Indonesia, strengthening its footprint in one of Southeast Asia’s most significant industrial markets.
The agreement expands CST’s regional service capabilities, ensuring customers across Indonesia have access to consistent, high-quality local support aligned with CST’s global technical standards.
Aequus Solutions brings more than two decades of experience supporting industrial measurement operations across the country and holds National Accreditation Committee (KAN) accreditation LK-054 IDN for calibration and measurement instrumentation.
Under the partnership, Aequus Solutions will deliver on-the-ground service for CST’s full product range installed in Indonesia.
This includes calibration, installation support, and spare parts supply, while CST retains responsibility for equipment provision, system performance, and overall technical accountability.
The structure is designed to preserve the company’s globally recognised standards for accuracy and reliability while improving responsiveness for local customers.
Aequus will operate as an extension of CST’s technical service team, supporting operations across mining, ports, and bulk materials handling sectors.
The model combines local expertise with centralised technical governance, enabling lifecycle support for installed systems without compromising engineering integrity or quality assurance.
Nick Bamford, Joint Managing Director of CST, said the partnership reflects the company’s commitment to strengthening customer support in a key growth market.
“Indonesia is full of important customers for CST and this partnership gives us the local service infrastructure to support it well,” said Bamford.
“Aequus has the technical credentials to deliver service to our standards, which means our Indonesian customers receive the same level of accuracy assurance and support they would expect from our own team.”
The collaboration also aligns with broader industry demand for high-precision measurement systems in Indonesia, where mining and bulk handling operations play a critical role in economic activity.
By combining CST’s belt weighing technology with Aequus’ calibration and service capabilities, the partnership aims to enhance operational efficiency and measurement accuracy across these sectors.
Peter Rusli, Chief Executive Officer of Titan Corporation, emphasised the value of the collaboration in advancing industrial performance.
“This partnership marks a strategic step forward in strengthening high-precision industrial solutions across key sectors such as mining, ports and bulk material handling,” said Rusli.
“By combining CST’s globally recognised belt weighing technology with Aequus’ proven expertise in calibration, service and industrial measurement, we are committed to delivering accuracy, reliability and long-term performance to our customers.”
The partnership is effective immediately and positions both organisations to support growing demand for high-accuracy belt weighing and measurement systems across Indonesia’s industrial sectors, reinforcing CST’s long-term commitment to the region.
