Capricorn Metals has released the latest results from drilling operations at the Tramore Prospect, located 65 km southeast of the town of Newman in Western Australia.
Capricorn Metals’ recent drilling confirms the continuity of mineralisation at the Tramore Prospect which has a strike length of approximately 450m, a current down dip extent of 250m and to a vertical depth of 150m below the surface. The company said the new results at the Tramore prospect have confirmed a ‘significant’ zone of shallow gold mineralisation.
“This next round of follow-up drilling at Tramore has delivered exactly the results we were hoping for. These results build further on the exciting results from Tramore announced back in March, confirming the presence of a significant zone of shallow gold mineralisation,” commented Capricorn’s Executive Chairman, Heath Hellewell.
“It now seems very likely that mineralisation at Tramore will increase the mine life at Karlawinda,” he said.
The next step for the company is to in-fill the prospect to 50m x 50m spacing in order to provide sufficient information for a Resource estimate to be calculated.
