Wildcat Resources Ltd. has discovered increased mineralisation at its Bolt Cutter Central lithium discovery in Western Australia, with new drilling indicating a larger system than initially defined.
The company said the scale of the discovery at Bolt Cutter Central has grown to over 1,400 metres in a north-westerly orientation and over 800 metres in a north-easterly orientation.
Recent reverse circulation (RC) drilling returned several significant intercepts, including 9 metres at 1.84 per cent lithium oxide (Li2O) from 128 metres, and 9 metres at 1.68 per cent Li2O from 102 metres.
Other hits include 5 metres at 1.5 per cent Li2O from 82 metres and 7 metres at 1.03 per cent Li2O from 49 metres.
Out of the 20 drill holes released, 17 in the latest batch returned significant lithium intercepts, which means that mineralisation in the pegmatite swarm remains open in almost all directions.
Wildcat expects the results for the remaining 14 drill holes in January 2026.
The true scale of the discovery remains unknown, so a diamond drill rig will continue testing the priority exploration area from January.
Drill holes will aim to rapidly expand the scale of the discovery and collect material for metallurgical test work.
