Munich based Videographics mbH’s most recent development is the Condor V8-PPK mapping drone. Created as a centrepiece for the company’s UAV toolbox, the CONDOR V8-PPK is build for the most precise photogrammetric aerial mapping and surveying projects.

Based on the CONDOR BOS-DRONE-V8, with KlauPPK’s industry-leading GNSS hardware and premium Sony cameras, this is billed as the best of breed for high precision and efficiency in aerial mapping and surveying.

This coaxial octocopter is designed on a lightweight, high-strength carbon fibre monocoque chassis and equipped with a Pixhawk PX4 flight controller. The unit wields a “Smart Battery Pack” with an intelligent dual Li-Ion power source. As with all KlauPPK systems, the positioning is exceptional on data quality and accuracy, and is compatible with MakeItAccurate no-base-station PPP post processing.
