Native Mineral Resources Holdings Ltd. has completed its latest gold pour from its Blackjack gold operations in Queensland, producing three gold doré bars totalling 397.8 ounces.
The bars have been securely dispatched for refining, with official refinery assay and metal outturn results expected on or around June 19.
The successful pour follows a previous smelt completed on June 7, which yielded four gold doré bars. Official refinery results for that earlier batch have now been confirmed, returning 290.9 ounces of gold and 148.2 ounces of silver, validating the high-quality nature of the material being processed.
NMR CEO Blake Cannavo said: “The latest smelt continues to demonstrate the improving consistency of the Blackjack operation and reflects the strong performance being achieved across both mining and processing activities.
“The refinery outturn from the previous smelt confirmed 290.9 ounces of gold, validating the quality of doré currently being produced and supporting our confidence as additional mining fronts continue to advance.”
Operationally, Native Mineral Resources is firing on all cylinders across its Charters Towers portfolio.
Mining at Podosky is advancing steadily, with the final production blast for the current mining horizon completed on June 11. Crews are now preparing to drill the lower bench, which hosts approximately 20 per cent of the currently defined mineralised material in the mine plan.
Concurrently, waste stripping activities at the Blackjack Mid Pit are progressing rapidly, with just one week of stripping remaining before miners expose the targeted mineralised bench.
At Far Fanning, haulage operations continue to feed supplementary material to the Blackjack processing plant, while a water bore drilling program is scheduled to kick off next week to bolster infrastructure.
“With multiple mining fronts progressing simultaneously, we expect production opportunities to continue improving through the second half of 2026,” Cannavo said.
Looking ahead, the company forecasts two additional gold smelts for the remainder of June. Larger smelt campaigns are anticipated during July as waste stripping wraps up and more ore becomes available.
