Resolution Minerals has reported high-grade gold assay results from its 100 per cent-owned Horse Heaven antimony-tungsten-gold-silver project in Idaho, USA, extending the known mineralised zone to approximately 600 metres wide.
The latest assays cover three diamond core drill holes, HH-GG26-004C, 005C, and 006C, drilled along the southernmost drill section at the Golden Gate South prospect. The findings yielded the highest gold grades recorded to date across the project.
Individual drill samples returned significant high-grade intercepts, pointing to the potential presence of higher-grade feeder zones.
The standout result came from hole HH-GG26-004C, which intersected one metre at 14.8 grams per tonne (g/t) gold and 12 g/t silver from a depth of 62.1 metres downhole. This was part of a broader interval of 7.2 metres at 2.35 g/t gold from 58.1 metres.
Additionally, drill hole HH-GG26-005C logged a continuous intercept of 10.2 metres at 1.83 g/t gold from 58.05 metres, including a high-grade interval of one metre at 7 g/t gold. Drill hole HH-GG26-006C returned 3.77 metres at 1.53 g/t gold from 298.8 metres, including 1.29 metres at 4.01 g/t gold.
Craig Lindsay, Resolution’s CEO of US Operations, noted that the results offer crucial geological context.
“The assay results continue to show a wide gold mineralised zone at Golden Gate South, with high-grade zones that may indicate something more — and all of this provides additional support to our view that mineralisation extends continuously from Golden Gate South to Golden Gate North.”
Geological data indicates that the gold mineralisation is tied to steeply dipping structures that splay off the primary regional structure, the Golden Gate Shear Zone. The identification of these feeder zones provides fresh targets for future exploration.
Resolution recently finished its comprehensive 2026 drilling campaign at Horse Heaven, completing 42 diamond core holes totalling 12,236 metres.
Assays remain pending for another 36 drill holes targeting both gold and critical minerals, including tungsten and antimony.
