Resolution Minerals has raised AU$20 million through a two-tranche placement to accelerate its US critical minerals strategy.
The company will issue 285.7 million shares under the placement at 7 cents per share.
Of the total $20 million placement funds, AU$9.2 million will be settled on or around April 29, and the remaining AU$10.79 million is anticipated to settle within approximately 60 days.
The capital injection comes as the company’s NASDAQ listing is imminent. This move is expected to significantly broaden access for American investors, allowing Resolution to trade alongside major US peers like MP Materials and Energy Fuels.
Confidence in the company’s portfolio has been further bolstered as the White House granted FAST-41 status to the Antimony Ridge project.
This designation recognises the site’s importance to US national security and is set to drastically streamline permitting timelines for large-scale drilling and sampling.
Proceeds from the raise will be immediately deployed to the Horse Heaven project, a historical producer of antimony, tungsten, and gold.
A 13,700-metre Phase 2 drilling program kicks off in May to define the scale of gold mineralisation at the Golden Gate targets.
Advanced metallurgical test work is underway following the successful production of 99.38 per cent high-purity antimony trioxide.
The company is targeting a maiden Mineral Resource Estimate for early 2027.
In a further win for the company, former Sayona Mining boss Brett Lynch has agreed to join the board, bringing a proven track record of scaling mining juniors into multi-billion dollar enterprises.
Aharon Zaetz, Resolution’s Executive Director, said: “Following a highly successful drilling campaign last year, today’s successful capital raising marks a transformational milestone for the company as it is about to list on the NASDAQ as well as launch its second drill campaign in the coming weeks.
“Strong tailwinds from the critical minerals sector as well as the recent FAST-41 status is a further endorsement of the project’s quality and potential.”
With a strengthened balance sheet and an American listing on the horizon, Resolution is well positioned to deliver significant news flow and advance toward development across its US critical minerals platform portfolio.
