Antipa Minerals has uncovered new gold and copper discoveries at its Minyari gold-copper project in Western Australia’s Paterson province.
Assay results from the company’s 2025 drilling program include high-grade intersections 250 metres north of the Minyari Dome deposit, newly identified mineralisations at Fiama, several thick gold-copper-silver intersections at Reaper-Poblano-Serrano and a new copper discovery at Yolanda.
Antipa Managing Director Roger Maso said: “The final batch of calendar year 2025 results are a tremendous way to wrap up last year’s drilling program, delivering multiple new gold discoveries in close proximity to our planned Minyari development.
“The identification of a new high-grade lode at Fiama and confirmation of a large-scale northern repeat structure strongly indicate the potential for additional Minyari style deposits to emerge close to the immediate development footprint.”
The newly discovered high-grade Fiama lode has produced significant near-surface gold, returning 24.7 metres at 1.4 grams per tonne (g/t) gold and 0.07 per cent copper from 39.3 metres, including 2.3m at 6.8 g/t gold and 0.18 per cent copper, that remains open in all directions.
Meanwhile, drilling north of the Minyari Dome deposit confirmed the potential for a new large-scale high-impact target zone. Results showed 12.2 metres at 1.2 g/t gold and 0.04 per cent copper from 623 metres, including 7.2 metres at 2 g/t gold and 0.06 per cent copper from 628 metres.
The company noted a new copper discovery at Yolanda, with drilling intersecting 44 metres at 0.07 per copper from 40 metres to end-of-hole, confirming a 1.2 kilometre long anomalous copper trend.
“This reinforces the opportunity we have to materially grow the mineral resource base around future planned infrastructure,” Mason said.
“Planning for calendar year 2026 drilling is well advanced, with field activities set to commence this quarter, providing further discovery and mineral resource growth opportunities.”
